Each item is carefully produced and shipped after your order is placed.

Processing & Shipping Times:

  • Production Time: 2-5 business days

  • Shipping Time:

    • Domestic (India): 5-7 business days

    • International: 10-15 business days

Please note that during high-volume periods (like holidays) or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs are mentioned at the time of check-out.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package's journey at any time through the provided tracking link.

International Orders: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Superthrive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since each item is made especially for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully created and inspected before shipping. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we're here to make it right.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • Photos of damaged/defective items must be provided

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Products without reported issues

  • Orders marked as "delivered" for more than 14 days

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at superthriveproject@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item

    • Description of the issue

    • Your preferred solution (replacement or refund)

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

  3. If approved, we'll provide return instructions or initiate a replacement

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs for defective items will be reimbursed

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns

 

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color:

  1. Contact us first before sending anything back

  2. We'll guide you through the exchange process

  3. Additional shipping charges may apply

 

International Returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Please mark package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
